Director General (South), Energy Department invites sealed bids for provision and installation of home solar systems under PSDP for Year 2026. Procurements will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Presence on Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration required (status: Valid/Active).
- Turnover: at least 19,600,000 PKR in the previous 3 years showing financial capacity.
- Experience: The bidding firm must have completed similar assignments (document states completion of 1 assignment; additionally it states a firm must have completed 02 similar works i.e. DC Solar Home System in the last 3 years in any Government sector).
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant category and specialized codes: EE11 (Solar) / EE11(8) (Solar Energy) / EE11(ii) (Solar Energy System).
Bid Security & Documents:
- Bid security: 2% of the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
- Tender documents: obtainable from the office of the undersigned and downloadable from the BPPRA website. Issuance period: from publication date of NIT until bid opening during office hours on working days.
