Experience with donor agencies or major private firms and familiarity with Balochistan PPP framework is an advantage. |
| Skills & Attributes | Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in multicultural environments, excellent written and oral communication, and understanding of Balochistan’s social, cultural, political and institutional environment. |
| Remuneration | Market‑based competitive salary, negotiable based on candidate profile |
