Tender: Hiring Firms for Venue & Catering for Collective Marriage Ceremonies — Rawalpindi Division (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Rawalpindi Division. Invitation for bids to hire firm(s) for provision of venue, catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division on a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Firms/companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders must be eligible and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules.

Hard copy bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Divisional Director (SW&BM), Rawalpindi Division, Social Welfare Complex, 1-Khanna Road, Muslim Town, Rawalpindi on submission of a written application.

Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost (Rs. 4,92,800/-) must accompany the technical bid as per requirements.

Procedure and submission: Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be applied as per rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
