WAPDA E-Bid: Procurement of CTs, VTs and Energy Meters for Duber Khwar Power Station — Tender closing 2026-10-14

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower).

WAPDA invites electronic bids (e-bids) for the procurement of electrical equipment on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis for Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan. E-bidding documents, specifications and terms are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).

Key conditions:

• Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPADS (manual bids will not be accepted).
• Bid submission deadline: Up to 11:00 Hrs on 2026-10-14. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower).
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope.
• Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and hold a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category for Electrical Procurement & Works.
• Bid security: Each bidder shall furnish the specified bid security (original) in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan and ensure it reaches the RE office on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
• Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.
• Tender documents and additional notifications (including GRC information) are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and WAPDA website (www.wapda.gov.pk).
