Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad invites sealed tenders for civil/finishing works. Bidding is open to eligible contractors in accordance with SPPRA rules. Bid documents will be issued/downloadable from the first day of publication from the SBBU and SPPRA websites up to the closing date below.

Tender fee and application: Tender fee is non-refundable and must be deposited as specified in the bidding document. The bidder must submit the application along with tender fee and required documents to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Works & Services), SBBU.
Bid security: Bid security (as specified in the bidding document) in the form of pay order/bank draft in favour of Security Deposit SBBU, Shaheed Benazirabad is required.
Submission & opening: E/physical bid submission and timings follow SPPRA rules. Submission closing: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
Eligibility & other conditions: Bidders must comply with SPPRA procurement rules and provide documents as specified in the bidding document. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules and to cancel the process at any stage.
