MES (GE Army Quetta-II) Tender Notice — Repair & Maintenance Works in Quetta Region

Office of GE (Army) Quetta-II, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple repair, maintenance and allied miscellaneous works at locations including Quetta, Zhob, Loralai and Chaman.

Works: Various repair/maintenance and allied miscellaneous civil works across the Quetta region (multiple individual work packages for residential and non-residential buildings, blocks and other MES assets).

Eligibility and bid security:

• Only contractors enlisted with MES in Category “E” (Rs.150,000/-) and above are eligible to apply.
• Contractors enlisted with other government departments (central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA etc.) may also tender provided they submit valid enlistment documents with their application for issue of tenders.
• Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of GE (Army) Quetta-II; the bank receipt or draft must be submitted with the application.

Tender documents and submission:

• Tender documents are available from the office of GE (Army) Quetta-II. Tender submissions must follow the instructions in the tender documents (including submission of priced and un-priced envelopes where required).
• Tenders must be accompanied by required earnest money and other documents as specified in the tender documents.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders (rules referenced in the notice apply).
