University of Okara Invites Bids for Repair, Maintenance and Construction Works (Oct 2026)

Issuer: Chief Engineer, University of Okara. The University of Okara invites sealed bids under the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure from engineering firms/contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for item-rate works under the 2nd Annual Market Rate System (1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026) for District Okara / Non‑Scheduled Rates.
