Pakistan Navy MES – Pre-qualification Notice for Multiple Construction & Repair Works (Islamabad)

HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tenders for multiple construction, repair and maintenance works in accordance with PPRA rules.

Eligibility & submission requirements (summary):

• Only firms/contractors enlisted with MES in Category A or B, or other government departments with relevant experience, will apply.
• Applicants must provide a company profile and supporting documents. Documents required include proof of similar works completed during the last five years with sponsor/performance reports; list of technical/manpower including engineers with valid PEC registration; details of plant, tools & machinery; bank statements for the last two years; NTN/FBR registration; PEC registration; MES enlistment certificate.
• Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, or whose PEC renewal is not valid up to 30 June 2022, will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.
• Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms on production of required documents and earnest money as specified.
