WAPDA E-Bid: Construction of Car Parking Shed at Khan Khwar Power House, Besham (Tender KKHPS/C-01/)

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer (O&M), Khan Khwar Hydel Power Station, Besham. WAPDA invites electronic bids for construction of a car parking shed at Khan Khwar Power House, Besham.

Eligibility: Contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for year 2026-27, having relevant experience, registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

Submission: Electronic bids only via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed. Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS up to 1100 Hrs on 06-10-2026.

Bid Security: Each bidder must furnish the stated Bid Security in original as a CDR in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Khan Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Besham, and deliver it to the Resident Engineer's office on or before the e-bid closing date & time (1100 Hrs, 06-10-2026). Insurance guarantee will not be accepted.

Opening: Electronic bids will be opened on 06-10-2026 at 1130 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Khan Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Besham, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
