Office of the District Council Dadu invites open public auction for remaining commercial units at Bilawal Arcade (opposite Gymkhana), Dadu. The open auction will be held on 2026-10-07 at 11:00 AM at the District Council Office, Dadu. Units are under construction and offered on Rent & Occupancy Value (OV) basis.
Key participation & payment terms: Auction participation tokens will be issued to individuals/parties/firms with legal capacity and valid CNIC and NTN/Business proof/active tax filing. Bid security (SPPRA-compliant) equal to 5% of the offered OV per unit must be submitted by Pay Order / Demand Draft / Deposit-at-Call / Bank Guarantee in favour of Chairman District Council Dadu. Successful bidders must pay 50% of OV (exclusive of bid security) on the spot at the time of auction; remaining 50% to be paid within two (02) months. No possession until full payment and documentation. Monthly rent starts after completion of construction and full OV payment. Rent rate = 0.30% of approved OV per month, payable by 5th of each month. All applicable taxes, levies and documentation charges are payable by the successful bidder.
Eligibility & information: Restaurants/layout plans, drawings and restricted business details are available from the Taxation Officer, District Council Dadu. The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning a reason.
