Auction Schedule & Location
The auction will be held at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad on 2026-10-06 (Tuesday).
Inspection
Properties open for inspection Monday to Thursday, 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
How to Bid / Key Terms
- Bids will be accepted on an "As is, where it is" basis and must start at the stated reserve price; bids below reserve will not be accepted.
- A security deposit (by Pay Order / Demand Draft) in the amounts shown above must be submitted in favor of Chairman NAB on or before the auction date and time at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.
- Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned the same day.
- Bidding documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from NAB Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.
- Companies must furnish a Power of Attorney, duly stamped and signed by the CEO, where applicable.
- Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount (less security deposit) by Pay Order / Demand Draft within 45 days of the auction date; failure to do so will forfeit the security deposit.
- All taxes (including WHT u/s236A of Finance Act, 2019), transfer fees (including buyer & seller), duties, utility bills and other government-related expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- Title of movable/immovable properties will be transferred to the successful bidder or nominated person(s) after receipt of full auctioned price and completion of legal/administrative formalities.
- The Competent Authority / Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice. The auction shall be conducted as per PPRR Rules.
