WAPDA invites electronic bids on item-rate basis from PEC-registered contractors (appropriate category for 2026-27) with relevant experience, registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the following civil work. E-bidding documents and detailed terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
