Punjab Forest Department E‑Tender: Construction of Multistory Hostel for PM&E Wing (Lahore)

Issuer: Conservator of Forests, Development & Working Plan, Circle Lahore (Punjab Forest Department).

Purpose: E-tenders are invited from qualified engineering firms/contractors for the construction of a multistory hostel for PM&E Wing officers/officials under the scheme titled "Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department".

How to Apply: Bidders must register and submit bids online through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Manual bids or proposals will not be accepted. Tender documents, detailed terms, conditions, eligibility and BOQs are available on the e-procurement portal. All bidders must be registered on EPADS and with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority where applicable.

Security & Conditions: Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited as PSID or Bank Guarantee as per E-PADS requirements. Tenderers must submit Technical and Financial bids electronically; financial bids will be opened only after technical evaluation. Conditional tenders and tenders without required earnest money shall be rejected. The department may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

Key Dates (as published): Last date & time for submission of Technical & Financial bids on e-portal: 2026-10-07 until 11:00 AM. Opening of Technical Bids on e-portal: 2026-10-07 at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation on the portal.
