Municipal Committee Daska invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development works. Contractors/firms must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents.

Key submission details:
- Submission method: Electronic submission only via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Bids submitted on or before 2026-10-03 at 11:00 AM will be accepted.
- Opening: Electronic bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Municipal Committee Daska in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be provided only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (SWIFT MT760) using the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical securities will not be accepted. Successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- Eligibility: Contractors/firms must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for FY 2026-27 and meet all criteria in the bidding documents. Bids not complying with submission requirements (including incomplete, corrupted, virus-infected, late, or improperly filled financial bids) will be rejected.
- Validity: Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. Bid security will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or fails to execute the contract after acceptance.
- Other: Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
