Special Judge, Anti‑Terrorism Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot issues a proclamation under Section 87 Cr.P.C. read with section 19(10) of the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997, declaring the named accused persons as absconders in case ref: 149 PPO 6 67 ATA.
