Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Multan Division invites electronic bids (E-Bid) on Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates for the year 2025-26. Bids shall be submitted on a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope basis (Technical & Financial). Eligible contractors must hold a valid PEC licence, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and include the firm/agency name on the CDR. Submission is through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS V2.0).
