Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites sealed electronic bids for a framework contract for uniform items and accessories. Eligible, experienced and tax-registered companies/firms/organizations/suppliers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PePS) may participate. Procurement will follow a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules and relevant regulations.
Bidding documents, evaluation criteria and specifications are available on the PERA website and through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission is only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PePS); hard-copy bids will be rejected. Response time will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
