Issuer: Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan, Quetta. Vacancy for Project Director to lead the PMU for foreign-assisted development projects in District Gwadar. Initial contract: one year with possible extension based on performance and project duration.

| Required Qualifications & Experience | BE/BS (Hons) Civil Engineering (PEC-registered); background in construction management and design. Master's in Business Administration/Public Administration/Public Policy (MBA/MPA/MPP) or other relevant HEC-recognized field. At least 5–7 years post-qualification experience in project management and implementation, including experience with foreign-funded programs/projects. |

Applications will be scrutinized as per the Project Director Appointment Policy (GoB) dated 31st December 2025 and relevant donor guidelines. In-service candidates/government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from the concerned department. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Submission of false/incorrect information will result in disqualification and legal action. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates who previously applied against Advertisement PRQ No. 646/16-08-2025 must apply afresh.
