BankIslami has credited an interim cash dividend (D-8) of Rs. 1.5 per share (i.e. 15%) for the period ended June 30, 2026. The dividend was approved by the Board of Directors in the meeting held on August 19, 2026 and has been paid electronically to shareholders who have submitted a valid CNIC and valid IBAN linked bank account.
Shareholders who have not provided the required information have had their interim cash dividend withheld. To receive withheld dividends, shareholders must provide a legible copy of their valid CNIC and complete bank details including valid IBAN by contacting the Bank's Share Registrar or the Participant/Investor Account Services of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan and by completing the form available on the Bank's website.
