National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Teller (OG-III) in the Branch Operations for Aiteamad Islamic Banking. The role focuses on cash handling, customer services, remittance and branch cash management in accordance with SBP regulations and Shariah/Islamic banking requirements.

| Minimum Qualification | Graduate (minimum) from HEC-recognized institute. Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking certification/degree preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of banking experience, with at least 6 months in cash handling preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and cash management; cash handling and transaction management; strong understanding of branch banking operations; customer service orientation; MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); effective communication and teamwork. |
| Main Responsibilities (summary) | Cash receipt and disbursement; record and reconcile denominations; process deposits/withdrawals; remittances and utility bill collection; cheque handling and forwarding; ATM and cash balancing and reconciliation; detect and report suspicious cash/transactions; customer service and complaint handling; maintain registers and documentation; ATM replenishment support; ensure compliance with SBP and Shariah/Islamic banking instructions. |
