Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites sealed e-procurement bids from interested civil and mechanical contractors for construction works for a Clean Room / Biotech Laboratory. Bidding is through the e-procurement system (EPADS) under applicable PPRA rules. Tender documents and submission are managed via the CEMB e-procurement portal.
Key submission requirements:
- Eligible bidders: Civil and mechanical contractors.
- Bid security: 2% of the advertised price for each lot (to be attached with technical bid). For package bids, specified bid security (as per tender) must be provided in the form of a CDR in favour of "Director, Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB)" and delivered to the Purchase Section, CEMB.
- Bids (technical and financial) must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal. Tender documents are available from CEMB website: www.cemb.edu.pk.
- Tender opening: Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day as bid submission (exact date shown in tender document).
