Pre-Qualification Notice — Design, Construction & Maintenance of Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform (Environment Protection & Climate Change Dept., Punjab)

Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of national/local companies or firms to design, construct, supply, install, commission, operate and maintain an Integrated Superstation with a Data Information Platform and Forecasting System. Joint ventures/consortiums are allowed. The pre-qualification process will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligibility & application process:

• Open to national/local companies/firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP).
• Applicants must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and submit pre-qualification documents online via EP (PDF upload).
• Joint ventures/consortia are permitted; national competitive bidding pre-qualification procedures will be followed.
• Pre-Qualification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), or obtained from the procuring office during office hours.
• Applications must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the EP system by the deadline stated in the PQ document. Incomplete or conditional applications will not be considered.

Important notes:

• Pre-Qualification documents will be available after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website.
• Applications received will be opened online on the specified date and time on the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of participants who choose to attend.
• The Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by applicants and reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules.
