Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Purpose: Procurement of IT hardware and equipment for the Punjab Legal Aid & Assistance Portal (PLAP) under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure).
Submission method: Online submission through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eProc) at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed and stamped as per tender document. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents specified in the tender document must accompany bids. Electronic bidders should be registered on the eProc portal before submission.
