How to apply and important terms:
- Submit sealed bids with a photocopy of CNIC and a Bank Draft / Pay Order equal to 5% of the total bid (refundable as earnest money) in favor of DDO, MAG Office Rawalpindi.
- Bids must be received by 2026-10-13 at 10:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
- Vehicles are sold on "As is where is" basis. Vehicles may be inspected on any working day between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Advance Tax at 1% will be deducted from the purchaser (Filer).
- The total amount will be paid within 07 days of acceptance of bid.
- Successful bidder will be responsible for transfer of vehicle in his/her own name within 15 working days; any token tax found outstanding will be borne by purchaser.
- Possession of vehicle will be handed over after transfer to purchaser's name and upon full payment.
- MAG Office reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reason.
