NHMP M-4 Sector‑I Invitation for Prequalification — Framework Agreements for Stores & Repairs (FY 2026‑29)

Issuer: National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), M-4 Sector‑I Office, Toba Tek Singh. NHMP M-4 Sector‑I invites sealed bids/proposals for prequalification of firms/suppliers and workshops for subsequent open framework agreement(s) for purchase of store items and repair services for the three financial years 2026‑27, 2027‑28 and 2028‑29 under PPRA Rules‑2004.

Eligibility & requirements:

• Firms/suppliers/workshops must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) departments.
• Must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
• Must have proper setup in Jhang, Faisalabad, Lahore, Toba Tek Singh, Gojra, Multan, Shorkot (and neighbouring cities in the vicinage of M-4 Sector‑I Office / Rawalpindi / Gujranwala as applicable).

Scope (selected categories and repair types as listed):

Purchase/Store items and related categories (examples): AD3304 (Hot & Cold), A03370 (Others), A03901 (Stationery), A03905 (Newspapers, Books & Periodicals), A03907 (Advertising & Publicity), A03927 (Purchase of Drugs & Medicines), A03942 (Cost of other Stores), AD3955 (Other Store — Tear‑Gas/Computer Stationery), A03970 (Others).

Repair services (examples): A13101 Repair of Machinery & Equipment; A13201 Repair of Furniture & Fixtures; A137D1 Repair of Hardware; A13703 Repair of I.T. Equipment. (Services required for M-4 Sector‑I & Sub Sector (MC‑II) Zone through open framework agreement(s)).

How to apply:

• All proposals must be submitted through E‑PADS (version 2.0). Only bids submitted via E‑PADS 2.0 will be entertained.
• Pre-qualification documents are available on the NHMP website (www.nhmp.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk).

Other notes: Bids will be opened and evaluated as prescribed in the bidding documents. If an opening date is a government public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the submission/opening date. NHMP reserves the right to reject any/all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules.
