Tender: Water Supply Line & Pump Room Construction — Sargodha (Punjab Small Industries Corporation)

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) for hiring reputed and experienced firms/contractors under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for construction works at Sargodha.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements: Firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-4 or above for the relevant field for the current year. Firms should be registered (as applicable) with SECP/Registrar of Firms or relevant government organizations, have up-to-date tax registration, and submit required undertakings on judicial stamp paper. All bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the tender cost in the form of CDR in favour of Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office Lahore before the closing date/time.

Submission & Tender Documents: Bids shall be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in English. Tender documents (including technical & financial proposal templates) are available free on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Procedure & Notes: The bidding process will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope). Item rates for each individual item must be filled by the contractor. Late submissions will not be accepted. PSIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; acceptance of the lowest bid is not binding. Bid validity is 180 days from date of submission.
