M.E.S. Tender: Misc. Facilities, Repair & Maintenance Works — ACE (A) 10 Corps Rawalpindi (Closing 2026-10-01)

Office of ACE (A) 10 Corps Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for provision of miscellaneous facilities, construction, repair & maintenance works, term contracts and electric/water supply services for CMES (A) services at CMES (A) Jmr Rawalpindi.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Applications must include complete credentials; only pre-qualified firms with sufficient relevant experience will be issued tender documents after scrutiny.

- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments/ministries in any court of law and that no adverse report is outstanding from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi).

- Firms/contractors not on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate and provide details of works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand (as per the proforma).

- All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.

- Only contractors on the MES approved list in Categories A, B, C & D with experience of this work type should apply.

- Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be returned in accordance with Para 33(I) of PPRA Rules.
