Pakistan WAPDA Foundation invites applications for the post of Secretary (PWF) in BPS-19 on a contract basis. The appointment is initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) up to a maximum of three years or until the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

Key responsibilities (summary)
Assist the Managing Director (PWF) on administrative, legal and commercial matters; act as Secretary of the Foundation; prepare agendas and issue notices for Board of Directors meetings; record and issue minutes of Board meetings; coordinate and implement Board decisions and Foundation policies; maintain records of Board meetings; prepare terms and conditions for recruitment and performance review meetings; liaise on contractual and procurement matters; perform other duties assigned by the MD.
