- Eligible bidders: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026.
- Bid security must be submitted in favour of "National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Account."
- Method of procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidding documents (terms & conditions and instructions) are available for free download from the NHA e-bidding website. Prospective bidders should monitor the NHA website for schedule updates and any addenda.
- e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-09-22 by 1100 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hours.
