Issuer: Municipal Committee Chakwal. Municipal Committee invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of development schemes and a framework rate contract for street-light material through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System).

How to apply: Bid submission and opening will be conducted online only through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTenders.aspx. Bidders must upload all eligibility, technical and financial documents through the e-Procurement portal.

General eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System, and possess valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme is required in the prescribed form. Bids valid for 120 days from opening. Technical sanction accorded by Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi, vide No.343/MCO-MCR dated 29.08.2026.
