Issuer: Office of the District Council, Bhakkar. The District Council invites tenders from eligible contractors/firms for the construction of a PCC slab as detailed below. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

- Contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes.

- All intending contractors/firms have to pay earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated/bid cost via the Punjab eProcurement System.
- After filling bids on the website, contractors may attend the Office of District Council Bhakkar on 2026-09-17 at 12:30 PM; all bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
- The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
