| Disabled students | Students with a disability certificate from the Social Welfare Department AJK, enrolled in universities/colleges, will be awarded laptops irrespective of Intermediate marks requirement | ||||||||
| Non-Muslim students | Intermediate marks requirement set at 55% for eligible programs/disciplines | ||||||||
| Previous benefit | Applicant must NOT have previously received a laptop under any provincial/federal government scheme (affidavit on stamp paper required; attestation by notary public) |
