Independent System and Market Operator of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites sealed proposals from eligible Auction Participants for the First Wheeling Auction under the Competitive Trading Bilateral Contract Market (CTBCM). The auction quantum is 400 MW. Interested parties must obtain the RFP, register on ISMO’s electronic auction platform and submit proposals as specified below.
