| Civil Engineer | B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a recognized university | At least 7 years across all disciplines | Management of real estate development; structural (concrete/steel analysis & design), finishing and MEP works; ability to work independently; familiarity with applicable design codes, detailing and drawing standards |
