| Experience | Demonstrable senior academic leadership and administrative experience; evidence of contributions to pedagogy, research, institutional development and industry engagement. Proof of experience and attested certificates to be provided. |
| Terms of Appointment | Appointed by the Chancellor for a period of 5 years. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 65 years on the last date fixed for submission of applications. |
