Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to lead the digital transformation and manage IT operations across FESCO's supply area including Faisalabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Jhang, T.T. Singh, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar.

Location	Faisalabad (West Canal Road, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad)
Key Responsibilities	Develop IT strategy, IT policy, protocols and standards supporting FESCO goals. Ensure commercial viability of IT strategy and processes. Oversee contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors and service providers. Develop and manage IT budgets and execution of corporate IT plans. Manage and lead all IT personnel; oversee IT department functions. Coordinate with other departments to maximize effective delivery of IT services. Maintain effective relationships with key IT stakeholders of the electricity sector. Keep track of latest IT developments and update FESCO IT strategy, policies and standards periodically.
Minimum Qualifications	16-years Bachelor degree (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field; OR MSc / MS / MPhil (18-years degree) in relevant IT/Computer/AI/Robotics related field from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university (preference indicated for HEC-recognized qualification).
Experience & Other Requirements	Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role in public or private sector organizations. Proven experience in IT governance, strategy, leading major change programs, vendor management and enterprise-level IT systems. Strong knowledge of digital transformation, information security, and effective IT delivery across large organisations.
Remuneration & Tenure	Market-based competitive lump-sum salary package. Initial contract on fixed term basis for three (3) years with an initial probation period of six (6) months; extension subject to satisfactory performance.
Age Limit	Maximum age 57 years as on closing date.
