National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification (Training Service Providers) to deliver specialized training programs under multiple priority sectors linked to the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYSDP). Eligible public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities may apply.

Key eligibility & requirements:
- Institutes must have prescribed infrastructure and facilities as per NAVTTC notified qualifications uploaded on NAVTTC website.
- Each institute may apply for one sector; if applying for multiple sectors it must demonstrate relevant infrastructure for each sector.
- NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained; no joint ventures (JVs) are allowed.
- Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
- Provision of biometric machines & CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources during pre-qualification.
