Daanish University Islamabad — Invitation for Bids for Pre‑Engineered Building (Industry Hub)

Issuer: Daanish University Trust, Daanish University, Islamabad. Daanish University invites sealed financial bids from its prequalified construction firms for the Construction of an Industrial Hub comprising a predominantly Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) and associated works at Daanish University, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Participation is restricted to construction firms already prequalified/enlisted with Daanish University Trust having PEC grade C‑3 or above with the relevant specialization code(s) applicable to the proposed works, including BC01 — Prefabricated Buildings and Steel‑Framed Buildings / Industrial Plants (as applicable). Firms must maintain valid PEC registration and all other statutory registrations and clearances at time of bidding and throughout execution, and must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience and resources for construction of a predominantly steel‑structured Pre‑Engineered Building.

Bid Documents & Submission: Bidding documents, scope, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and related details are available on the PPRA website and Daanish University website (www.du.edu.pk) and may also be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Daanish University Trust, Room No. 227, D‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, during office hours. Financial bids, complete and prepared in accordance with the bidding documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB – DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD".

Procurement Rules: Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and other applicable Government rules and regulations. Daanish University Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
