Municipal Committee Chakwal Tender for Food Court & Parking Adjacent to DDLG Office

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for the construction of a Food Court and Parking adjacent to the DDLG office, Municipal Committee Chakwal. Submission and opening will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only.

How to Apply / Bid: Bidders must submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). Electronic bids must be uploaded on or before the stated deadline and will be opened electronically on the same day. The response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System, and possess a valid NTN/PNTN and Taxpayer Registration. The successful bidder must execute work strictly according to sanctioned estimates, technical sanctions, specifications, BOQ, contract agreement and instructions of the competent authority.

Bid Security / Earnest Money: 5% of the estimated cost as stated above in prescribed form and manner; electronic submission of mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents is required per e-Procurement System rules.

Mandatory Documents: Valid PEC Contractor License for 2026 with relevant specialization and category, NTN registration, financial and technical documents as required in bidding documents. Additional performance security and liquidated damages provisions apply as per Punjab procurement rules and the bidding documents.

Procedure & Conditions: Single-Stage One-Envelope electronic procedure under the Punjab e-Procurement System. Incomplete, conditional, late or bids not accompanied by valid bid security will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
