Chitral Irrigation Division Tender: Flood Protection & Infrastructure Works (Upper Chitral)

Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral invites sealed tenders (EPADS, Single Stage Two Envelope) from eligible contractors/firms with valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, active FBR status and a valid PEC license for the current financial year 2026-27. Tenders are for flood protection and related infrastructure works under the Infrastructure Development Package for District Upper Chitral (ADP No.1322/260850).

PEC category and specialization (mandatory): C-4 & above with CE04(i) or CE04(vii). Bidders must follow EPADS Regulations 2025 and KPPRA rules. Tender documents, Instructions to Bidders (ITB), eligibility/evaluation criteria and BOQs can be downloaded from the Irrigation Department website and EPADS/KPPRA portals. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids as separate single PDF files on EPADS and submit original supporting documents where required (CNIC, PEC license, enlistment with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa departments, active KPRA & FBR status certificates).

Submission and opening: Last date and time for submission of tender forms is 2026-10-14 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-14 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after approval of the competent authority. Time for completion of works is as per bid solicitation documents.

Important notes: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost and other bid conditions apply.
