A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids to dispose of scrap materials on an “AS AND WHERE BASIS” lying at a location near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road). Bids must be submitted with earnest money by the stated deadline.

Inspection of scrap: Visit the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road) on 2026-10-05 (Monday) at 1000 hrs.
Deposit sealed bids along with earnest money (pay order / demand draft) equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang–Attock Road.
Terms & Conditions (summary):
- Bids are on a “Complete Lot” basis only; partial bids for any lot will not be accepted.
- Bids remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
- Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization of bids.
- Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount and applicable taxes as per prevailing rules before lifting the scrap.
- Successful bidders must lift scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid; failure will result in forfeiture of 25% earnest money and cancellation of the award.
- Bidders must bring their original CNIC plus two photocopies; otherwise bids will not be accepted.
- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning a reason.
