Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Balochistan Public Private Partnership (PPP) Authority.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any other relevant field.
- At least 15 years of post‑qualification professional work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an organization, department or section.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PPP, donor or project finance.
- Comprehensive understanding of public‑private partnership theory and practice; familiarity with the Balochistan PPP framework is an advantage.
- Experience working with donor agencies or major private firms is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural team, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of the social, cultural and political environment of Balochistan will be an added strength.
