Issuer: Government of Sindh, College Education Department (Ref. No. SO(HR-II) M-469/2010).
Addressee: Mr. Muhammad Noman Khan, Lecturer in Statistics (BS-17), Government Degree Boys College 5-L, New Karachi.
Purpose: Final Show Cause Notice proposing disciplinary action for remaining continuously absconding from Government service and alleged misconduct. A previous Show Cause Notice was served on 12.02.2013, to which Mr. Khan did not submit a reply.
Proposed action: Imposition of penalty of "Removal from service" under Rule-4(1)(b)(ii) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, if no satisfactory reply is received.
Required response: Mr. Khan is directed to submit a written reply within seven (07) days of receipt of this Final Show Cause Notice. If no reply is received within the stipulated period, action will be taken without further notice. He may also intimate if he wishes to be heard in person.
