Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro invites electronic tenders from eligible contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers and sole distributors registered with tax authorities (Income Tax/Sales Tax or Sindh Revenue Board) and, where applicable, Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders must not be blacklisted (affidavit required). Bidding documents, detailed terms and specifications are available on the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) website and the University portal.
Original call deposit / pay order / demand draft of the requisite tender fee and 1% bid security (in the form of bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be sent to the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), MUET Jamshoro prior to opening. Electronic bids must be submitted via IPADS on or before the stated closing time; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
