The Indigenous Research & Development Agency (Regional Office) invites sealed bids for procurement of MISC packing material and chemicals for FY-2027.
Eligible parties: Manufacturers, dealers, distributors, suppliers, and authorized agents/distributors of manufacturers who are not blacklisted or debarred by any Government / Semi‑Government / Autonomous organization in Pakistan or abroad. Applications for packing material must be submitted on the prescribed format provided in the bidding documents; non‑compliant applications may be rejected. Evaluation will follow the criteria in the bidding documents.
