Issuer: Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha.
Tender No.: 04ROCS P26. Sealed bids are invited through the Punjab E-Procurement System for purchases required for the establishment of a Post-Entry Quarantine Facility. Bidders must have valid NTN/STRN, Punjab Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost; submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) in favor of Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
Bidders must offer for the entire (100%) quantity of items for each lot. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Evaluation and comparison of bids will be carried out as a whole. Prices must be final and inclusive of all applicable laws, installation and commissioning; no negotiations on price are allowed. The Agriculture Department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Bidding documents, containing technical specifications and schedule of requirements, can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites. Completed tenders must be delivered as instructed on the e-Procurement portal on or before the closing date/time. Public opening will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
