Eligibility: Eligible contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category and specialization codes.
Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA e-bidding website starting 2026-09-07. Prospective bidders should follow the NHA website for updates and any addenda.
Submission & opening: Electronic bids must reach the address on the bidding portal on or before 2026-09-17 by 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.
