Tender Notice — Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase‑II (Turbat, Balochistan)

Project Director, Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase‑II) & P&D Department invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for multiple civil works under the Buleda Town Phase‑II program. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the e‑procurement supplier dashboard. Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per work (non‑refundable). Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

• Bidder must appear on Active Tax Payers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required.
• Proven experience: completion of at least two assignments of similar nature.
• Turnover requirement: minimum 70% of the estimated cost (each work) over the last three years demonstrating financial capacity.
• Complete bidding documents are available electronically via the PPRA/EPS portals. Issuance and submission are through the e‑procurement system.
• Procedure of procurement: Single Stage, Single Envelope.

Important dates & procedure:

• Last date for electronic bid submission: 2026-10-05 by 12:00 PM (noon).
• Tender opening: 2026-10-05 at 01:00 PM on the EPS system.
• Tender fee payment: Green challan form (Rs. 2,000) in the specified head of account as detailed in the bidding documents.
