Public invitation for sealed tenders (Form B-I & B-II) under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each work (Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned). Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope; bids to be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS System.
Eligibility and submission requirements: Firms must be approved Government Contractor/Firm of Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan, registered with BPPRA and enlisted/renewed for financial year 2026-27, present on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and have Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and show a turnover of at least PKR 74,036,255 in three previous years. Bidders must provide scanned copies of CDR, tender fee receipt, and BPPRA deposit slip.
