Banking Court No.1, Karachi (Before Mr. Muhammad Saad Qureshi) has ordered a public auction in Execution No. 64 of 2021 (Suit No. 186 of 2020) arising from a decree obtained by House Building Finance Company. The property offered is Flat No. 3, 3rd Floor (on actual 4th floor) located in Nadeem Avenue sub-plot, Sector 15A, North Karachi.
The market value is stated at Rs. 1,800,000 with a forced sale value of Rs. 1,440,000. The highest bidder must pay 25% of the bid immediately; the balance must be paid within 15 days.
